I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, primarily due to its great location right in the heart of Targoviste. The rooms were quite nice, recently refurbished, and clean, but they did lack windows, which was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Targoviste, right across from a lovely green park. The staff at the reception are incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay more enjoyable.
